All prices on the website are in DKK, Danske Kroner and include VAT and delivery costs are NOT included. Air Crochet accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online, Apple Pay. We do not charge any kind of transaction fee on your purchase. Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped or the virtual product has been created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Air Crochet uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that the connection is completely secure.

We send packages 1-2 times a week - the delivery time for your order is usually 2-4 business days with GLS.
Delivery area: We deliver to all countries.
Air Crochet ships goods with the following: GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop, Post Nord Porto (note that there is no tracking on Post Nord method).
Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery". All orders sent with GLS also receive a tracking number.
There is a 14-day full right of return on physical items purchased on our webshop unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal on digital goods. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed about your use of the right of withdrawal. The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. It is up to Air Crochet to assess the condition of the item. If the product has been tested in addition to what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and function, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. We recommend sending back in packaging that protects the item, preferably the original.
If an order is not picked up at the delivery-shop and returned, we consider it a cancelation of the order and the cost for the return-shipping will be withdrawn from the purchase-amount when refunding the money.
Right of complaint
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is given on products. Complaints apply to errors in software, material and / or manufacturing. Complaints must be notified to Air Crochet within a reasonable time after having discovered errors. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage due to incorrect operation of the product. Air Crochet covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on COD. Complaints are sent to our warehouse:
When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected. We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our cargo handling, which has not been developed by Air Crochet. We have entered into data processor agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
